Hey there!
I am passionate trainer and nutrition coach dedicated to helping my clients build the healthiest, strongest, and most confident version of themselves, both inside and out.
I believe that movement and nutrition should enhance your life, not restrict it and I am here to give you the tools to finally achieve sustainable, guilt-free balance.
Educate. Balance. Consistency. These aren’t just words - they’re the pillars of real transformation, and the heart of my coaching approach.
On a more personal note, I am not that unlike everyone else. My own rebuild started back in 2020 where I was determined to see and make big changes in my life. I was embarrassed of my body and had a terrible relationship with food - fuelled by late night binges, inconsistent action and misinformation. I was embarrassed to admit I needed help and that I didn't know how to be healthy. How to respect my body. How to eat in moderation. My only regret is that I didn’t reach out to someone sooner.
Through education, trial and error, and consistent (though sometimes imperfect) action, I lost 12 kg in 12 months and completely rebuilt my lifestyle. I gained so much more than weight loss - I rediscovered my confidence, started to rebuild my relationship with food, and truly learned to love myself again. Working with a coach myself taught me many things - that what I needed was a no short term fix but a lifestyle rebuild, the importance of incorporating strength training and an education of the importance of energy balance. Mostly importantly this experience ignited a passion for wellness, coaching & cooking.
Fast forward four years, I am as passionate as ever about sharing the transformative power of movement and good nutrition. I want you to know that it is never too late to invest in yourself.
